Meal Conversation

Today is the official opening reception for the show. My master works and their corresponding ofrendas were installed early in the morning by myself. After the install, I picked up Barker from the airport. I flew him into Atlanta for the opening and I got to hang out with two of my favorite fellas that evening — great opening with a huge crowd.

Preparing the Saints and then cutting them to pieces. Next step... oil painted portraits.

Execution Wasp

Another early morning as I plow through the masterworks for the show. David Bowie coffee cup helps me power through the Spirit work. All five of these works still need their Saint added at the bottom. I'm currently collecting materials to complete the ofrendas that will be placed before the finished glass panels.

Timeline Analog

Having a really early start this morning. First, works for the big wall are gathered at the house for transportation. Next, I arrive at the exhibition location and get the lines on the wall perfectly aligned. Finally, the works are hung... all 108 of them. I culled this specific set from around 500 possible selections. The selected works represent a unique period of time in my life. All selected works on display are from 2016 thru 2018.
